Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team Travel Consultant, ERM Full time, Mumbai, India The Travel Consultant, ERM is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming contacts requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.) and handling additional duties as assigned within a global, mutli- regional setup. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer and provide active travel consultation towards the business customers, including providing travel details and up-selling of related products. You will provide exceptional service which exceeds client expectations and effectively manage and control all facets of travel arrangements, as requested by our clients. As a Travel Consultant, ERM, you will Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer Have hands on involvement in crew movements, rotation, and disruption handling Provide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, penalties, and visa information Respond to the customer promptly and provide the customer with your undivided attention Willingly offer assistance to team members within and across teams Meet individual and team goals About you Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments Hands‑on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurately under pressure Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environment Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi‑regional operations setup Relevant skills in GDS Amadeus Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Demonstrated understanding of customer servicing excellence Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
