Medical Records Specialist – Join a Growing Legal Tech Team (30+ hrs/wk)
We are a legal technology company that helps personal injury law firms retrieve medical records faster. We're growing quickly, we have real systems in place, and we're hiring experienced medical records specialists to join our production team. You'll be making outbound calls to healthcare providers, following up on pending records requests, resolving issues that come up during the retrieval process, and helping drive requests through to completed delivery. You'll work alongside a team of paralegals, other contractors, and operations staff — this isn't solo freelance work, it's a real team environment with daily communication, clear workflows, and support when you hit a wall. We're looking for people who've done this before — ideally in a personal injury, plaintiff-side, or mass tort setting — and can manage high volume independently. If you've spent time chasing down providers, navigating vendor portals, and dealing with HIPAA authorizations, you already know what this work looks like. This is a 4-week engagement to start — we are actively looking to convert strong performers to full-time roles. We have consistent volume, consistent hours, a growing book of business, and a team that's scaling.
