Our goal is to empower our loan officers with everything they need to succeed. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our growing team. This is a commission-based position ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a supportive, resource-rich environment and is ready to take their production to the next level. What We Offer:

- Originate residential mortgage loans and guide clients through the loan process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and referral partners
- Analyze borrower financial and credit data to determine eligibility
- Ensure compliance with all lending regulations and company policies
- Manage pipeline and maintain consistent communication with clients and partners Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator
- Active NMLS license (required)
- Established relationships with real estate agents and referral networks
- Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills
