Multi-state Commercial Title Examiner (Remote)

As a Multi-state Commercial Title Examiner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our commercial title examinations across multiple states. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual with a strong understanding of commercial title examination processes and regulations.   • Conduct thorough and accurate commercial title examinations for properties in multiple states.
  • Research and analyze legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, and maps, to determine the property's history and ownership.
  • Verify and review public records to ensure the accuracy and completeness of title information.
  • Identify and resolve any potential title issues or defects.
  • Communicate with underwriters and clients to provide updates and address any concerns or questions.
  • Prepare and review title commitments, title reports, and other necessary documents.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of title examinations.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations related to commercial title examinations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work independently and remotely, effectively managing time and workload to meet deadlines.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to company standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
