National Park Experience Designer - Remote
This is a remote position. National Park Experience Designer As a National Parks Specialist, you design and coordinate unforgettable experiences for travelers who want to explore the natural wonders of our National Parks. Key Responsibilities: Consult with travelers to learn their interests and abilities. Tailor experiences and suggest destinations, activities, and accommodations to their needs. Act as a resource on US national parks, including geography, wildlife, and landmarks. Stay updated on regulations, conditions, and conservation efforts. Design custom itineraries that highlight each park’s unique features. Include hikes, scenic drives, ranger programs, wildlife viewing, and cultural sites. Recommend lodging near national parks. Suggest campgrounds, lodges, cabins, or hotels based on comfort and location. Coordinate activities for travelers, such as guided hikes, birdwatching, photography workshops, kayaking, and stargazing. Arrange transportation, including rental cars, shuttles, or tours. Advise on driving routes, parking, and public transit. Provide excellent customer service. Handle questions, resolve issues, and meet special requests to ensure a memorable experience.
