New Grad- Supply Chain Financial Analyst

What we need Symbotic is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented New Grad- Supply Chain Financial Analyst to support budgeting, estimates to complete, forecasting, cost modeling, and KPI tracking across supply chain operations. In this role, you will help analyze financial and operational data, monitor market and commodity trends, support project reviews, and contribute to strategic decision-making related to supplier costs, payment terms, and overall supply chain efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build experience in supply chain finance, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration while developing analytical skills in a fast-paced environment. What we do Our global sourcing, procurement and third-party supplier team develop innovative category management strategies in collaboration with the business. The team focuses on strategic third-party partner agreements and help support supplier relationship management, commercial and financial pricing models for overall supplier performance. What you’ll do Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling activities to help drive strategic supply chain decisions. Analyze commodity trends, supplier pricing, and internal cost structures to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements. Assist with financial reporting, KPI tracking, and performance metrics related to purchasing, supplier management, and operational efficiency. Partner cross-functional with Finance, Procurement, Planning, and suppliers to support project reviews, payment term analysis, and new product development initiatives. Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and process improvements to enhance data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making across supply chain operations. What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in finance, supply chain, industrial engineering, or related field Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and problem-solving. Familiarity with ERP systems or SAP experience preferred. Interest in financial modeling, forecasting, procurement, or supply chain operations. Strong communication and collaboration skills with an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Our environment Up to 10% of travel may be required. The base range for this position in the posted location is $71,000.00 - $97,900.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
