Operations Coordinator
Title: Operations Coordinator Duration:12 Months Location: New York, NY 10007, but open to remote workers that are near a client office #169397 Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr Stakeholder and team facing throughout the day. Top 3 Responsibilities Process Design & Execution: Developing streamlined operational processes and acting as the "operational glue" to ensure program initiatives and logistics are executed flawlessly. Project & Vendor Coordination: Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to budget. Strategic Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges for the Kiosk platform while proactively finding solutions for driver and rider pain points. Mandatory Requirements Professional Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or a similar coordinator capacity. Communication Excellence: Proven ability to interact effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors. Problem-Solving Track Record: A demonstrated background in navigating and solving complex customer-facing problems. Desired Skills Analytical Proficiency: Experience using "smart analytics" to support operations and drive project improvements. Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to train and guide a team of Operators to improve quality and efficiency metrics. Agility & Autonomy: A high level of independence and the flexibility to adapt quickly to the shifting needs of a developing business modality.
