Part-Time Nonprofit Administrator / Development Associate (Remote)

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

About Encino Conservancy Apply Here Encino Conservancy is a nonprofit dedicated to stewarding land in ways that strengthen native biodiversity, wildfire resilience, regenerative agriculture, and watershed health, while promoting hands-on community education. The 120-acre Encino Conservancy Ranch is located on the ancestral lands of the Iipai/Northern Kumeyaay People. While we are not an indigenous-led organization, our work is guided by respect for the long history of stewardship that shaped its landscape. Founded in 2022, we are building the organizational foundation needed to support long‑term impact. Position Summary The Part‑Time Nonprofit Administrator/Development Associate provides essential operational, development, and administrative support to help Encino Conservancy grow sustainably. This role reports to the Founder/Executive Director and works periodically with the Board Chair to support governance, fundraising, and compliance. This role combines hands-on administrative coordination with support for fundraising, grant development, and organizational growth. Ideal for an experienced nonprofit professional who is seeking meaningful, part‑time work in a mission‑driven organization.
