As a Part-Time Remote Evening Data Entry & Quality Assurance Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the backbone of our evening data operations. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately input, update, verify, and maintain information across our proprietary databases and client-facing systems during the evening shift. You will work closely with a distributed team of specialists, contributing to the seamless continuity of careerzynith’s 24-hour operational capability.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day contributions will directly support the operational excellence that careerzynith is known for. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Accurate Data Input and Updating: Enter, transcribe, and update high volumes of information into careerzynith’s internal databases, spreadsheets, and client-specific platforms with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Quality Assurance Checks: Conduct routine self-audits and peer reviews of entered data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Flag and correct errors before they reach downstream processes.
  • Discrepancy Identification and Resolution: Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or formatting errors, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve them efficiently.
  • Deadline Management: Prioritize and complete assigned data entry tasks within established timeframes, ensuring that nightly and weekly production targets are consistently met.
