About Us: Since 2010, Engaging Minds has provided one-on-one support for students in grades 4 – College to help them strengthen executive function skills such as time management, organization, planning, and follow-through. Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Flexible scheduling around your availability
  • Comprehensive training and continuous coaching support
  • No extensive prep or curriculum development required
  • A welcoming, team-based culture that values curiosity, reflection, and growth

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree (Master’s in education or a related field preferred or in progress)
  • 2+ years of experience in teaching, special education, counseling, speech-language pathology, or similar
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative, coachable mindset with a passion for student development

Compensation:

  • $36 per student session – This includes a 55-minute session, completion of a post-session summary via EMChat™, and schedule management after training.
  • For work performed outside of direct student sessions (including company-wide training and manager one-on-ones), pay is $15.00/hour or the minimum wage in your state of residence, whichever is higher.
