  • Perform rigorous verification checks to confirm the integrity and completeness of each entry before final submission.
  • Update existing records promptly when new information becomes available or when corrections are required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all sensitive information, including licensing details and subscriber data.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as Content Acquisition, Product, and Analytics—to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Document and report any recurring data quality issues, providing actionable insights for process improvement.
  • Assist with ancillary administrative tasks, including file organization, report generation, and basic data analysis, as needed.
  • Communicate proactively with supervisors and teammates, offering status updates and flagging potential bottlenecks.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or office administration are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1‑2 years of proven experience in a data entry, clerical, or similar role, preferably within a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
