The Opportunity: We’re looking for a highly driven People Operations & Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team and help build the talent behind one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the U.S. This role is primarily focused on full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, while also serving as key support across broader HR and People Operations initiatives. The ideal candidate is an exceptional recruiter who thrives in high-growth environments and is excited by the opportunity to expand into broader People Operations responsibilities over time. This role will play a critical part in helping scale the organization by attracting top talent across multiple functions while also stepping into broader HR support during a maternity leave coverage period for the Head of People. During that time, this person will gain hands-on exposure to all facets of HR, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, benefits, payroll coordination, systems, and employee experience. Long-term, this role is designed for someone who wants to continue growing beyond recruiting and develop deeper expertise across the full People function as the company scales. The ideal candidate has direct experience recruiting within CPG, food & beverage, nutrition, wellness, supplements, or better-for-you consumer brands and understands the pace, operational demands, and talent profiles within high-growth consumer companies. This role specifically requires experience recruiting for corporate and HQ functions such as marketing, ecommerce, sales, operations, finance, people, and leadership roles — not solely plant, warehouse, or manufacturing hiring. As part of a lean and collaborative People team, this role requires someone who can flex between strategic recruiting execution and hands-on HR support while helping build scalable people infrastructure for a rapidly growing business. What You’ll Own: Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and functions, serving as the primary driver of talent acquisition for the business
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting strategies aligned to company growth goals
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of top talent within CPG, food & beverage, wellness, nutrition, supplements, and consumer brands
  • Lead sourcing efforts through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry outreach, and creative recruiting strategies
  • Manage all aspects of the candidate experience, including outreach, interview coordination, communication, and offer processes
  • Act as a trusted recruiting partner by advising hiring managers on market trends, candidate quality, compensation expectations, and hiring best practices
  • Help strengthen Javvy’s employer brand as we continue scaling nationally
  • Improve recruiting operations, ATS workflows, hiring processes, and recruiting analytics

People Operations & Employee Experience

  • Provide support across core People Operations and HR functions, particularly during maternity leave coverage for the Head of People
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, HR systems administration, and employee support
  • Support compliance-related processes including leave administration, policy updates, HR recordkeeping, and operational workflows
  • Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, PTO tracking, and day-to-day People Operations support
  • Help maintain and improve internal policies, SOPs, employee resources, and the employee handbook
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, culture-building efforts, and internal programming
  • Assist with HR systems management (Rippling or similar), reporting, and operational process improvements
  • Gain exposure to broader People strategy and infrastructure as the company continues to scale

You’re a Fit If…

  • You have 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, People Operations, and/or HR roles
  • You have direct recruiting experience within CPG, food & beverage, wellness, nutrition, supplements, or better-for-you consumer brands, with a strong focus on corporate and HQ hiring. Experience limited primarily to plant, warehouse, or manufacturing recruiting is not the right fit for this role.
  • You understand the pace, hiring profiles, and operational realities of scaling consumer brands
  • You’re passionate about recruiting and confident owning full-cycle hiring in a high-growth environment
  • You’re excited by the opportunity to expand your experience into broader HR and People Operations over time
  • You’ve worked at a startup or scaling company and thrive in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
  • You’re highly organized and able to manage multiple hiring pipelines and operational workstreams simultaneously
  • You’re proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently
  • You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms such as Rippling
