Production AI Innovation Lead (Contract, Remote)

We are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of design craft and AI experimentation -- a person who does not wait to be handed a process but builds one, tests it until it holds, and then scales it across the team. This is not a traditional design role. It is part R&D, part operations, part education.
