Your Role Ideally, you bring 2-5 years of marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism is a plus. As a Proposal/Marketing Coordinator with Glumac, you'll manage Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Qs) from start to finish. Your responsibilities include producing compelling visuals, assisting with interview preparations, and managing pursuit responses with technical staff. You will develop marketing qualification packages, showcase graphic design skills, and utilize advanced English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Attention to detail and an advanced understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods are essential. Salary Range: $64,000 - $75,000 This range reflects the low and high end of the proposed salary, with actual compensation depending on experience, location, and performance.
