[Remote] Account Executive, Mid-Market

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and converting high-potential accounts, managing the full sales cycle, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across a defined portfolio of mid-market accounts
- Own and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close
- Partner closely with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, and marketing to drive coordinated account engagement
- Build and expand relationships across multiple stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, to drive deal progression
- Understand the strategic and operational priorities of your target accounts and position Mimica’s value accordingly
- Lead structured, multi-threaded sales processes, navigating complex buying groups and procurement requirements
- Deliver tailored demos and business cases aligned to customer use cases
- Continuously refine your approach based on market feedback and performance data
Skills
- Demonstrated success in SaaS sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition (“hunter” mentality)
- Proven ability to manage and close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience owning the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation and deal execution
- Track record of consistent quota attainment in mid-market or comparable segments
- Ability to operate effectively in low-brand or emerging market environments
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate value in a clear, compelling way
- High level of ownership, urgency, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
