Role Overview

As an Account Supervisor within the careerzynith Retail Commercial Enterprise Services (RBS) Supplier Achievement Software (VSP) Group, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for onboarding, managing, and optimizing vendor relationships through live‑chat channels. You will act as a trusted advisor to sellers, translating complex commercial strategies into actionable plans, and ensuring that data entered into careerzynith’s systems is flawless, up‑to‑date, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Onboarding & Data Management: Accurately input, validate, and maintain product and inventory data for a portfolio of careerzynith sellers, ensuring compliance with platform standards.
  • Live‑Chat Support: Provide real‑time assistance to sellers via live‑chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through careerzynith processes.
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify and execute commercial enterprise strategies that increase seller performance, market share, and overall revenue.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology—to align seller initiatives with broader arenaxflex programs.
  • Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales velocity, fulfillment rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Root‑Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Diagnose operational bottlenecks, propose process enhancements, and drive implementation of best‑practice SOPs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long‑term partnerships with sellers, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within careerzynith.
  • Feedback Loop Creation: Gather seller feedback, synthesize trends, and collaborate with product teams to influence platform enhancements.
  • Scalable Solutions: Design and roll out scalable tools, templates, and automation scripts that improve efficiency for large seller cohorts.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in client‑facing or seller‑support roles, preferably within e‑commerce, marketplace, or SaaS environments.
