They are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Operations & Mail Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative operations, including mail handling and banking tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Collect mail from designated locations
  • Sort, scan, and upload documents to the appropriate departments for processing
  • Deposit checks using mobile check deposit (check scan) applications
  • Visit bank branches to deposit physical checks when required
  • Ensure documents and deposits are handled accurately and securely
  • Maintain organized digital records of scanned documents

Skills

  • Must reside in Frisco, TX or surrounding areas
  • Must have reliable personal transportation for mail pickup and occasional bank visits
  • Must own a laptop with reliable internet access
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including scanning and uploading documents
