Remote Counter and Rental Clerk (Real Estate & Leasing)
Turing is looking for candidates with solid experience in rental operations, customer service, and transaction handling. Role overview:
- In this role, you will work on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your industry knowledge and communication skills.
- No prior AI experience is required.
- These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field, streamline rental workflows, and enhance customer experience.
What does day-to-day look like:
- Design and solve real-world rental and customer service scenarios to test AI reasoning.
- Write clear, structured solutions covering rental agreements, payment processing, client communication, and issue resolution.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of rental workflows, pricing discussions, and service interactions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Counter Clerk, Rental Associate, or Customer Service Representative in a rental or property-related business.
- Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation.
- Strong English communication and reasoning skills.
- Ability to explain customer-facing processes clearly using structured reasoning.
