Position Overview

This full‑time remote position is anchored to our Marietta, GA hub, allowing you to work from anywhere while staying connected to a supportive team. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, schedule appointments, generate leads, and champion careerzynith’s service excellence. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20, complemented by a robust benefits package and clear pathways for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer calls, texts, and emails promptly, delivering accurate product and service information with a polite, empathetic, and professional tone.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose customer concerns, provide swift solutions, and ensure each interaction ends with a positive outcome.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule in‑home quotes, coordinate service visits, and work to retain appointments that customers may wish to cancel.
  • Sales Enablement: Identify opportunities to up‑sell and cross‑sell careerzynith services, turning inquiries into qualified sales leads.
  • Documentation: Accurately record, organize, and file all customer interactions, profile updates, and account changes in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Share insights and trends with the broader support and sales teams to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on careerzynith’s product portfolio, industry best practices, and emerging pest‑control technologies.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Proven track record of handling high‑volume customer service calls with professionalism.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and persuasive negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote environment.
