The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be a key voice for our company, providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers while contributing to a positive and impactful work environment. You'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and online channels, demonstrating empathy and building rapport.
  • Effectively resolving customer issues and concerns, striving to exceed expectations and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Utilizing various communication tools and systems to efficiently assist customers with their needs.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of careerzynith's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Collaborating with team members and cross-functional departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and online channels, providing empathetic and personalized support.

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize various communication tools and systems, including CRM software and phone systems, to efficiently assist customers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of careerzynith's products and services, including health insurance plans and benefits.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on careerzynith's products and services.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on empathy and building rapport.
  • Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously, including CRM software and phone systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or insurance setting, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages commonly spoken by careerzynith's customer base.
  • Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
