Remote Customer Service Specialist - Medicaid & Supplier Support

Join our team at Workwarp as a Remote Customer Service Specialist! In this role, you'll be the voice of Aeetna, providing exceptional phone support to Medicaid members and suppliers. You'll handle a variety of inquiries, including benefits, eligibility, services, and ID card requests, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your communication skills and contribute to a mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from members and suppliers, addressing inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization, and programs.
  • Maintain a secure work environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection (Ethernet required, Wi-Fi not permitted).
  • Utilize company-provided hardware and training resources to excel in the role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality objectives.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and federal health insurance programs.
