  • Maintain Organized Physical Archives: Sort, file, and preserve hard‑copy documents—including invoices, inventory checklists, and other financial materials—ensuring they are easy to locate and retrieve.
  • Quality Assurance & Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits of entered data, identify discrepancies, and correct errors promptly to uphold the highest standards of data accuracy.
  • Standardize Filing Procedures: Develop, document, and continuously improve data entry standards and filing protocols to streamline workflows and reduce redundancy.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with administrative staff, finance partners, and project managers to resolve data inconsistencies and support cross‑functional initiatives.
