  • Data Validation & Cleansing: Review entries for completeness, correct inconsistencies, and flag anomalies for further investigation.
  • Confidentiality Management: Safeguard sensitive client and company data in compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
  • File Organization: Maintain a logical, searchable filing system for both digital and scanned documents, ensuring easy retrieval for auditors and team members.
  • Backup & Recovery: Perform scheduled backups, verify data integrity, and assist in disaster‑recovery drills to guarantee uninterrupted access to critical information.
