Responsibilities
- Manage eDiscovery matters efficiently within established timelines and budgets
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal team members
- Follow established processes and standard workflows across all assigned work
- Anticipate potential client challenges and proactively implement solutions
- Collaborate effectively within the PM pod and across internal teams to deliver high quality results
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Prioritize and manage multiple matters and client needs throughout the day
- Maintain ongoing curiosity and interest in eDiscovery technology and tools
- Partner with internal teams to ensure client needs are met through tailored workflows and solutions
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to high quality client delivery
- Support process improvements, teamwork, and innovation across cross functional groups
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery tools and workflows
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems and technology
- Some years of relevant industry experience
