[Remote] Electrical Design Engineer

Edison Smart is partnered with a leading Electrical/EPMS specialist, seeking an Applications Engineer with solid experience in Power Monitoring Solutions or a data center background. The role involves designing and validating hardware and software power management solutions, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems and controls.
Responsibilities
- Strong electrical and technical background
- AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical
- REVIT
- Design and validation of hardware and software power management solutions
- Electrical or data center background is a plus
- Expertise in substation and switchgear design, commissioning, emergency power systems, controls, power monitoring, and electrical protections
- Experienced with medium-voltage systems and data center infrastructure, including switchgear, generators, transformers, and control systems
Skills
- Solid experience within Power Monitoring Solutions or data center background
- Remote with Travel up to 25%
- US Citizen or Green card holder
- Strong electrical and technical background
