[Remote] Executive in Residence - Healthcare

Plan A Technologies is seeking an Executive in Residence for their Healthcare practice, designed for a C-suite leader with extensive experience in healthcare and technology. The role involves providing high-stakes technology advice to clients and establishing introductions within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a senior advisor to help clients solve critical technology challenges, from digital health transformation to HIPAA-compliant cloud migrations and AI driven clinical tools
- Partnership Development: Leverage your deep industry network to cultivate new strategic partnerships with health systems, insurance providers, and medical technology firms
- Strategic Growth: Advise the Plan A leadership team on market trends in the healthcare sector (e.g., value-based care, telehealth, and data analytics) to help shape our service offerings
- Thought Leadership: Represent Plan A in high-level discussions and industry forums, contributing your expertise to help solve the most pressing challenges in the healthcare ecosystem
Skills
- At least 15 years of deep expertise in healthcare, especially with healthcare technology
- You must have served as a CTO, CIO, or CEO at a major health system, insurance provider, pharmaceutical company, or high-growth health-tech firm
- A large, active network of close relationships across hospital C-suites, private equity groups, medical device manufacturers, biotech companies, etc
- Profound understanding of healthcare-specific software development, including EHR integrations and the security protocols required for sensitive patient data
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required for both thought leadership content and high level stakeholder discussions
