What You'll Do
Day to Day:
- Conduct virtual visits for primary care and family practice patients
- Assess, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
- Provide patient education, care coordination, and follow-ups
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team that has your back
What You'll Need:
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification — AANP or ANCC
- Active Pennsylvania RN and CRNP license
- Comfortable working independently in a telehealth setting
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills
