Key Responsibilities
- * Employee Relations Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a harmonious work environment.
- * Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinate hiring processes, conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- * Compliance Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, and maintain accurate records.
- * Benefits Administration Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- * Policy Implementation Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
- * Performance Management Assist in creating performance evaluation systems and coaching programs.
- * Training and Development Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- * Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- * Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation.
- * Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience
- * 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably with remote workforce management.
- * Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Working Hours
- * Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- * Must be available during core business hours (900 AM 500 PM EST) with occasional adjustments for team coordination across time zones.

- * Deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
- * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
- * Familiarity with remote team communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Hirevector Teams).
