Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Ken Garff Listening Center. As a key member of our contact center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and building strong relationships with our customers. Responsibilities

As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, while determining the customer's concerns and scheduling necessary appointments
• Communicating with customers in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and heard
• Documenting and updating customer records accurately and efficiently
• Establishing and maintaining great customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Upholding careerzynith's standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude
• Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and able to type 40+ wpm
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
• Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa

Network and Equipment Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient work experience, you'll need to meet the following network and equipment requirements:

• Ethernet connection only (must be hard-wired to router or wall port)
• Minimum speeds: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
• Maximum ping: 40 ms or lower
• Must provide your own equipment, including:

+ Minimum of 2 monitors (dual-monitor setup required) + Webcam (built-in or external) + Smartphone + Headset with microphone + Keyboard and mouse + A computer, either a desktop (PC Windows) or a laptop with a working webcam + Processor: 1 GHz or faster with 2 or more cores (e.g., Intel i5 – 2430M @ 2.40GHz or equivalent) + RAM: 8 GB minimum + Storage: 64 GB or more + System Firmware: UEFI with Secure Boot enabled + TPM: Version 2.0 + Graphics: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver + Operating System: Windows 11 required (Apple/Mac devices are not supported)
