[Remote] IT Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Action Group Staffing is seeking an energetic and motivated IT Recruiter to join their growing technology staffing division. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top technology professionals with clients nationwide. The ideal candidate will enjoy connecting with people and helping companies solve hiring challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical and professional qualifications
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Match candidate skills and career goals with client opportunities
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate compensation packages and assist with offer management
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems
  • Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Meet weekly recruiting activity and placement goals
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client hiring needs

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based recruiting tools
  • Recruiting experience in staffing, agency recruiting, or talent acquisition
  • Experience recruiting for IT positions such as: Software Developers, Network Engineers, Cybersecurity Professionals, Help Desk Technicians, Systems Administrators, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Data Analysts
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar sourcing platforms
  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems
