[Remote] Medicare Contract Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. National Contracting Center (NCC) is hiring a Contracting Specialist to support independent Medicare agents and Agency Owners as they launch and grow their businesses. You’ll guide agents through contracting, certifications, and licensing—ensuring they are fully 'Ready to Sell' while delivering a clear, supportive contracting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage agent/agency contracting from start to finish
  • Support certifications, licensing, and carrier requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and follow up on outstanding items
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the contracting stage
  • Track progress in CRM and coordinate with internal teams
  • Provide ongoing support (book transfers, updates, etc.)
  • Assume responsibility for special projects as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or client support
  • CRM experience and strong tech skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable spending significant time on the phone
