  • Key Responsibilities

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • * Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

  • * Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
  • * Familiarity with office management tools, such as project management software and CRM systems, is a plus.
  • Experience
  • * Minimum 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • * Experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment is preferred.
  • * Previous experience in customer service, executive assistance, or bookkeeping is a plus.
  • Working Hours
  • * Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • * Flexible working hours, but availability during core business hours is required.
  • * Occasional virtual meetings based on different time zones.
