[Remote] Outbound Sales Development Representative - Retail

They are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads for SMB and mid-market retail clients, acting as the first point of contact to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospecting SMB and mid-market retail accounts via phone, email, social media, and other outbound channels
• Reaching out to different stakeholders to understand their challenges and build strong relationships
• Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and strategic follow-up
• Providing feedback to marketing and sales teams based on prospect conversations to help refine outbound strategies
• Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual outbound sales goals in a high-velocity environment

Skills

• 1+ years of sales or customer facing experience
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to multiple stakeholders
• Tech-savvy, strategic, and comfortable navigating sales accounts
• Entrepreneurial mindset, bias toward action, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-growing business
• Fluency in English as a working language is required for this position
• 1-3 years of experience in SaaS outbound sales, preferably with SMB or mid-market retail clients
• Ability to cold-call, email, and engage SMB and mid-market stakeholders in complex sales cycles
• Familiarity with POS systems or other software platforms in large organizations
• Experience with consultative selling approaches such as MEDDPICC or BANT
