They are seeking a PeopleSoft Administrator to oversee critical upgrades, patching processes, and ensure support for compliance initiatives. The role involves leading the upgrade of PeopleSoft tools and managing vendor patching activities.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing critical upgrades, patching processes, and ensuring seamless support for key annual compliance initiatives
  • Lead the upgrade of PeopleSoft tools from version 8.58 to a minimum of 8.62
  • Confirmation that the WebLogic Server is updated to 14.1.2 or higher by the project deadline of October 1, 2026
  • Act as the principal tester for project deliverables
  • Provide ongoing support for 1099 updates during November and December 2026
  • Responsible for monthly vendor patching activities, ensuring up-to-date and secure systems

Skills

  • Proven experience (5-10 years) as a PeopleSoft engineer or administrator, with a successful track record of managing PeopleSoft tools and infrastructure
  • Extensive hands-on experience upgrading PeopleSoft tools, including at least one major upgrade project from 8.58 or earlier to 8.62 or a later version
  • Strong familiarity with WebLogic Server administration, specifically with upgrades to 14.1.2 or newer
  • Experience conducting system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft environments, including acting as the point-of-contact for application testing activities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and support compliance requirements (such as 1099 processing), including overseeing software updates for regulatory reasons
  • Experience with monthly vendor patching cycles, including the planning, coordination, execution, and documentation of patch management procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant PeopleSoft certifications are a plus
