[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. National Veterinary Associates is one of the largest communities of veterinary hospitals in the world, and they are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support their Innovation Team. This role will be critical in coordinating projects to enhance the digital experience and technology adoption for hospital care teams.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Support the Program Manager in executing key projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with broader program goals
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including hospital teams, product managers, and IT, to drive project progress and resolve roadblocks
- Communication & Reporting: Provide clear updates on project status, risks, and milestones to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Process & Organization: Manage documentation, project plans, and reporting tools to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
- Task Management: Assist in content management, survey distribution, tracking issues escalated to the product team, and other operational needs
