[Remote] Sales Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NCSA College Recruiting is part of IMG Academy, the world’s leading sports education brand. They are seeking a Sales Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for student-athletes and their families, helping them navigate the recruiting process through high-volume outbound calls and scheduling appointments with Senior Sales Specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Make 80-100+ structured outbound calls per day to prospective student-athletes and their families from 8:30 am - 6 pm (your local time)
  • Educate families on our services in a clear and respectful manner, building trust early in the recruiting process
  • Participate in sales team meetings and conduct client follow ups
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track interactions and manage outreach effectively
  • Meet and/or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals that impact your earnings
  • Schedule appointments with senior sales to further evaluate needs

Skills

  • Minimum of 6 months of professional work or internship experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Flexibility to work some nights/weekends
  • Basic understanding of sports and college recruiting landscape

  • Prior experience in sports, either as a collegiate athlete or coach
  • Experience with CRM, Salesforce preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
