Remote Sales Project Manager
ECI Development is a leading international real estate developer with resort and residential communities in Central America. We're looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual Sales Project Manager to join our remote team and support our sales operations across the region. About the Role: You'll work closely with our sales administrator, supporting day-to-day coordination across sales, administrative, legal, and commercial teams. This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on sales projects and client requests in both English and Spanish. Coordinate with internal teams (administrative, legal, commercial) to ensure smooth operations. Maintain documentation, task tracking, and timelines in SharePoint. Handle invoicing, payment follow-up, and report updates. Provide high-quality customer service to international clients.
Requirements
Fluent English, both written and spoken (non-negotiable). Experience in real estate project coordination or operations. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (formerly known as Microsoft Office). Experience with HubSpot CRM. Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset. Conditions Fully remote. Preferably based in Nicaragua; candidates from elsewhere in Latin America are welcome to apply. Salary: $800–$1,000/month. Candidates based in Nicaragua will be contracted locally.
