[Remote] Salesforce Business System Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Salesforce Business System Analyst to enhance the functionality of Salesforce.com. The role involves gathering requirements, leading technical design sessions, and developing solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for gathering the requirements by coordinating with the business analysts, developers, and project managers, to better customize, and utilize the full functionality of the Salesforce.com
- Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions that are aligned to project objectives
- Develop technical and conceptual design in support of the overall application design with respect to SFDC
- Design solutions and accordingly work with the team till deployment
- Excellent Communication skills
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps tools
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
- Excellent Communication skills
