[Remote] Senior Account Executive - Salesforce

They are looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive exponential growth, manage the sales cycle, and strengthen relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Mastery: Secure new logos, expand key accounts, and grow revenue
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Salesforce partners to align on pipeline and joint client strategies
- Sales Leadership: Build and refine processes, playbooks, and accelerators to scale success
- Compelling Narratives: Craft and deliver sales decks, proposals, and RFPs that seal the deal
- C-Level Expertise: Solve complex client problems with clarity, empathy, and authority
Skills
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals and exceeding quotas in a consulting or enterprise sales environment
- 8+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, with expertise in building and managing a sales pipeline from lead generation to close
- Deep Salesforce ecosystem knowledge with established relationships across key stakeholders, including Salesforce AEs, RVPs, AVPs, and partners
- Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations or building sales organizations from the ground up
- Experience selling digital transformation, CRM, or SaaS solutions to enterprise-level clients
- Strong familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and developing go-to-market plans
- Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with C-level executives, solving strategic business challenges
