[Remote] Senior Project Manager

The role involves driving project delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects meet quality and financial standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Delivery: Lead end-to-end project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and services to meet and exceed business objectives
• Cultivate Customer Relationships: Serve as the trusted point of contact for our customers, championing issue resolution and building lasting, effective partnerships
• Master Project Financials: Develop robust project plans and maintain strict budget control, utilizing your expertise to drive margin improvements and navigate complex variation orders
• Manage Risk and Quality: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. You will ensure every deliverable adheres to our rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate and Grow: Provide clear communication on project health to leadership and stakeholders. You will actively capture lessons learned, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
• Support Growth: Contribute your operational expertise to the tendering process, helping shape the future of our project portfolio

Skills

• Substantive experience managing complex, large-scale projects within an industrial or technical environment
• A solid educational background in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies
• The ability to communicate effectively, navigating both internal and external stakeholder needs with ease
• A flexible mindset, with the willingness to travel to customer sites (approximately 25% of the time) to ensure project success
• Professional certification such as PMP
• Valuable insight into the Energy sector or Electric Utility industry
• Proficiency in the Norwegian language, which will help you build stronger local connections
