[Remote] Strategic Operations Associate

They are seeking a Strategic Operations Associate to manage campaign information, forecast inventory, and optimize campaign delivery, contributing to the overall success of the business.
Responsibilities
- ● Partner with internal stakeholders to manage and maintain campaign information as the central source of truth for internal tracking
- ● Forecast available inventory and book campaigns to align with set up best practices
- ● Monitor and track campaign delivery, escalating for optimizations as needed based on client KPIs
- ● Leverage reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, DoubleVerify) for internal analysis
- ● Troubleshoot ad-hoc campaign or data-related issues, collaborating with internal team members to provide strategic solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2+ years work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive – self-motivated, problem-solver, detail-oriented, and team player who has a willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks with minimal intervention
