The Work You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across Washington, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow. - Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW license in Washington (required — we are not able to hire other license types at this time)
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
- Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
- Availability during afternoon/evening hours
Preferred
- Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
- Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
- Active NPI and CAQH
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
Pay Range $75—$115 USD
