[Remote] U.S. UI/UX Designer, Zoic Labs

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for the visual development and design of applications across various platforms, ensuring a high-quality user experience through collaboration with teams and conducting user research.
Responsibilities
- Design and champion engaging user interfaces for a variety of clients, ensuring our users have the best possible experience on our platforms
- Work in collaboration with leadership, product managers, engineers, and other designers
- Strong sensibility in taking conceptual wireframes to a high fidelity, intuitive final comp
- Develop high quality UI/UX designs, prototypes and design assets that effectively communicate design concepts
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify and address pain points and improve experience for users
Skills
- Updated portfolio that demonstrates UI/UX skills in digital products
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
- Knowledge of information architecture
- Experience using Jira
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about UI and UX design and able to articulate this
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout design, and usability design
- Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Zeplin
- Google Slides
- After Effects
- Figma
- Agency experience
