[Remote] UX Writer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is a company seeking a UX Writer for a 6-month contract with a high possibility of extension. The role involves creating clear and compelling UX writing across various digital platforms while collaborating with design, research, and product teams to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Create clear, consistent, and compelling UX writing across our digital platforms, working closely with design, research, and product teams to craft exceptional user experiences through:
- Writing and optimizing content for web, email, mobile app, and other digital experiences
- Developing consistent voice and tone across all channels
- Creating and maintaining UX writing and content design systems and standards
- Contributing to user research and content testing initiatives
Skills
- 4+ years of UX writing, content design, or related digital content experience
- Bachelor's degree in UX Writing, Technical Writing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX writing across multiple platforms and channels
- Experience writing for product interfaces, marketing communications, and transactional content
