Job Title: Remote Digital Media & Video Data Contributor Job Type: Contractor (Paid per approved output) Location: Remote (Must be based in: AL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, NH, NC, ND, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI) Job Summary: We are seeking tech-savvy Content Creators, Videographers, and Digital Media Specialists to join a cutting-edge tech project as a Remote Digital Media & Video Data Contributor . Instead of editing or producing marketing material, you will use your eye for framing, video continuity, and technical execution to record first-person physical tasks that will train advanced activity-recognition models. Key Responsibilities:
- First-Person Capture:
Utilize a head-mounted smartphone apparatus to record clean, high-fidelity, first-person video footage of specified physical tasks.
- Sensor & Video Synchronization:
Ensure that mobile device internal sensors (IMU) and video recordings are perfectly synchronized during capture.
- Technical Protocol Adherence:
Strictly follow technical parameters regarding lighting, framing, task lengths, and file formatting.
- Production Output:
Maintain a steady production pipeline, contributing 10 to 15 hours of approved, high-quality video data per week.
- Tech Assessment:
Participate in device compatibility checks and an AI-enabled interview process. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in Video Production, Photography, Content Creation, or digital media where visual and technical quality matters.
- High level of comfort with mobile hardware, storage management, and cloud data transferring.
- Meticulous attention to detail—you know the difference between a minor error and a flawless submission.
- Ownership of a modern smartphone capable of high-fidelity video/sensor recording.
- Ready to start immediately (onboarding to first task within 24 hours).
Compensation
Structure Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per recorded video that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply: videos must be at a specific length defined by the project, and experts must submit a minimum of 10 to 15 hours of video per week . Start Timeline & Availability We typically fill roles within 48 hours , so we’re looking for teammates who are ready to jump in. If selected, we’d love for you to start your first task as soon as you move forward with your application. The expectation is to begin within ~24 hours of completing onboarding. Tasks for this project must be performed from a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) . Experts will record their workflow directly from the mobile device while completing tasks. Head Strap / Wearable: Tasks for this project must be performed using a head-mounted camera (head strap setup) . Experts will record first-person video of physical tasks. The required head strap and any accompanying equipment specifications will be shared during onboarding.
