Safety Inspector - BCSP Certified Required

- 2+ years of safety experience
in construction required, with preference in Data Centers
- At least
one BCSP‑recognized certification such as CHST, STS, STSC, ASP, SMP, OHST, CIT, TSP, GSP, or CSP or another credential listed by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
- Strong communication skills, a coaching mindset, and the ability to build trust with diverse teams.
What You’ll Do
- Implement and administer corporate and site‑specific EHS programs across active projects.
- Deliver orientations and core trainings; coach and mentor teams during meetings, job walks, and real‑time field interactions.
- Conduct frequent site inspections, reinforce safe practices, and recognize standout behaviors.
- Document findings, analyze trends, build reports, and maintain long‑term safety records.
- Partner with clients, project managers, field leaders, and regional leadership to ensure seamless EHS execution.
- Start each shift in the field—supporting pre‑task plans, stretch‑and‑flex, and ensuring crews have what they need to work safely.
- Perform environmental sampling using tools such as dosimeters, light meters, and multi‑gas meters.
- Support emergency response, provide care for injured employees, lead incident investigations, track corrective actions, and develop lessons learned.
