Job Description: Senior Account Executive, Corporate Affairs As a Senior Account Executive, Corporate Affairs at Zeno, you will collaborate within the team and drive results inclusive of traditional and emerging public relations tactics. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of your accounts - their business, products, markets, and industry influencers, and you will convey this knowledge credibly to members of your account team and to the media in order to drive media relations results. About the Role: Utilize key messages in keeping with clients’ objectives to craft and develop newsworthy. Develop and manage media relations programs including maintaining quality programs with trade, business, and vertical press and sustain key editorial contacts. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete them on time and on budget. Plan and implement press conferences, seminars, speakers’ bureau, and other special events. Practice effective project management while working with other team members and understand the “big picture” of the client program. Research, interview, write, and edit news releases other media materials, fact sheets, message maps and other materials as needed. Assist with new business. Build strong relationships with client and vendor contacts & proactively manage correspondence. Coach junior employees and demonstrate ability to supervise & delegate tasks as necessary. About You: 3+ years of experience in PR; agency experience with corporate clients preferred. Collaborative spirit, results driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines. Demonstrates the ability to think strategically, creatively and holistically about client programs. Is fearless in presenting a point of view in brainstorms. Excellent writing skills, demonstrated experience crafting newsworthy pitches, releases, contributed articles. Highly organized. Proficient in MSOffice, specifically PowerPoint. Proven success in building relationships with members of the media and driving results for clients. Pay Range: $65,000-$80,000 USD/yr. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
