In this key role within the Otis Florence CLC Project Management team, you’ll lead critical project activities that ensure timelines stay on track, profitability goals are achieved, and customer expectations are exceeded. You’ll play an essential part in coordinating design efforts, supporting material procurement, and cultivating strong partnerships with our valued vendors. As a core collaborator with our Skyrise team, you’ll step into a fast‑paced, forward‑thinking environment where innovation and continuous improvement thrive. Because our business is rapidly evolving, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to a wide variety of projects and strategic initiatives beyond the traditional scope of project management. Please note that this role engages with international partners, so some meetings may align with teams in China, Japan, or Berlin. On a typical day you will: Lead all aspects of a large-scale and complex project, monitors activities, allocates resources, drives strategic planning, and assigns tasks to ensure targets are met Identify and participate in process improvements initiatives Partner with Local PM to oversee and manage the lifecycle and operational aspects of Skyrise major projects Work with internal departments and HRCLC to ensure project completion Contribute to the development of project plans, action trackers and delivery schedules Focus on identifying project problems and strategizing resolutions Ability to travel up to 10%` What you will need to be successful: Working knowledge of New Equipment elevator sales, the installation process, and elevator components required Previous Otis experience in engineering, sales, project management or supply management Experience using Microsoft Office, eLogistics, and JD Edwards Elevator industry experience, particularly with New Equipment Skyrise products and elevator construction Requires a high school diploma or associate degree (or equivalent 2-year post-high school training) with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
