Senior E-commerce Operations Manager, Fashion Retail

Our client, a prominent and stylish fashion retailer with a strong online presence, is actively seeking a Senior E-commerce Operations Manager to lead their digital fulfillment and logistics operations. This is a fully remote, permanent position, allowing you to manage critical e-commerce functions from anywhere in the United States. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire e-commerce order fulfillment cycle, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our online customers. Your key responsibilities include managing inventory accuracy across our digital channels, optimizing warehouse operations, and developing efficient shipping and returns processes. You will work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance against service level agreements (SLAs). This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management systems (OMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS). You will analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Collaboration with marketing, customer service, and IT teams is crucial to ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in e-commerce operations management, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain and logistics principles. Experience with e-commerce technology stacks and a passion for optimizing the online customer journey are highly valued.
