About the Job The International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) is increasingly working with education systems, including governments, international organizations and non-profit organizations, to support education reform where there is alignment with an IB education. The Senior Education Systems Solutions Manager plays a leading role in shaping and delivering high-quality education system solutions that are credible, evidence-informed and contextually relevant, and that can deliver meaningful educational impact. Working in close partnership with regional teams and subject matter experts, the role leads the design of complex consultancy solutions, contributes to the wider Education Systems Solutions offer, and provides technical leadership for delivery where opportunities progress into live projects.
